A few months ago, the boyfriend and I had the pleasure of sitting in front of the Philadelphia Elected Resident Bus Historian on the el.
Just a guy, just a regular middle aged, regularly dressed guy, who was pointing out the buses we saw below and telling his companion specific facts about how each one was made (what year/make/model, etc). He didn’t sound like a fanatic, and I don’t remember what he said but he made me believe with one comment that he wasn’t a Septa employee…. WHO KNOWS THAT MUCH ABOUT BUSES?
